Say you really wanted a property that was worth 800K, but $200k was storage business value. You can afford to borrow $600K

 

Would you jump on a deal for $600k with first option to buy the business part at a great price?

Same as it was, I'd imagine. Still renting out an acre of unusable land for enough to pay taxes for the rest of the place.

Just trying to flush out an idea. There's a ton of "what-ifs"/
