Are Rod Rosenstein and his sister Nancy Messonnier decendants of Heinrich Himler?

Nancy Messonnier is the director of the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases at the CDC in Atlanta (you know, the one where a top researcher was mysteriously killed last week)

I can't seem to find much information on their parents.. but their physical appearances are strikingly similar. Anybody know more about this?
