The other night on Hannity Dersh talked about taking the 6th Amendment instead of the 5th.
The 6th amendment, among other things, guarantees your right to counsel. This is a dershowitz special he used in the Epstein case. I'm not enough of a legal scholar to really understand the argument, but Epstein invoked it, along with several other constitutional claims, to refuse to answer questions, because answering the questions could implicate his attorney and deny him access to that counsel. It sounds pretty corny, but its an alternative that lets someone not answer questions without pleading the 5th amendment.
