Ummm.... NO. READ the opinion. It says no such thing.
It says that SINCE foreign corporations on foreign soil have NO 1st Amendment rights (a matter of longstanding opinion), US affiliates of those orgs can't use the supposed denial of those rights to argue against various funding restrictions that further US policy.
Has jackshit to do with how "Open Society" orgs in the US are regarded.
