An individual can decide when to wear a mask, to keep themselves and others safe. If masks work, and you have a particular vulnerability, you should be wearing a mask accordingly and if you're really sick, you should be isolating yourself, rather than forcing millions of healthy people to wear a mask in nonsensical situations without any regard for science.
