A few decisions have gone down and they have updated things in 230 years. Why doesn't someone take this to court, after so many years and get a final SC ruling on it instead of jawboning things ever few years? This has been going on for decades

It was stated a natural born citizen is one who does NOT have to apply for citizenship. The parents who are not citizens still have to apply. The baby, who is born here, does not have to apply for citizenship.
