It wasn't a nuke. There would be nothing left of the port if it were. Wasn't even a dirty bomb, no one is reporting radiation.

Two bombs?

So far, reports say missile stockpile in the warehouse…and somehow it's a bomb now. Here's what I think: Some idiot worker tossed a cig in the wrong place, sets a fire in the warehouse, a warehouse full of munitions. They go off, in sequence. Fires hit larger muniitions, it blows, since there are tunnels under the warehouse, they leak to the silos. Boom. Not a nuke, think what you want.
