So I read the Executive Memorandum on the payroll tax deferral then I subsequently read the two 26 U.S. laws it refers to and I'm still confused.

Based on POTUS' words it seems that the Social Security tax taken from us is being deferred. Does anyone know if this also includes the Medicare Tax and the FICA income tax?

Reading definitions online for "Payroll Tax" many definitions include FICA, SS and Medicare.

So do anons have any definitive info on what exactly is being deferred?
