Here we have vast portions of government offices not functioning – even Congress itself.
This opens the door to the National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive 51
(Homeland Security Presidential Directive HSPD-20).
This was signed by President George W. Bush on May 4, 2007, in the aftermath of 911.
This Presidential Directive establishes an interesting comprehensive policy whereby what happens
when the federal government institutions fail to operate in the event of a “catastrophic emergency”
which the media has certainly turned this COVID Crisis into locking down the entire economy.
The COIVID contrived crisis is such an emergency is defined as
“any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties,
damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment,
economy, or government functions.”
The Directive states its purpose:
“This directive establishes a comprehensive national policy on the continuity of Federal Government
structures and operations and a single National Continuity Coordinator responsible for coordinating
the development and implementation of Federal continuity policies.
This policy establishes “National Essential Functions,” prescribes continuity requirements for all
executive departments and agencies, and provides guidance for State, local, territorial, and tribal
governments, and private sector organizations in order to ensure a comprehensive and integrated
national continuity program that will enhance the credibility of our national security posture and
enable a more rapid and effective response to and recovery from a national emergency.”

It’s very upsetting to see all the destruction, chaos and mostly seeing innocent people being killed.
none have seen an investigation that leads to 100,000+ sealed indictments. We must realize the huge
scope of this investigation and realize it’s inevitable, there will be many innocent victims.
It’s not okay people are dying. Obama had 8 years to create his civilian street army; I am sure Trump
wants limit the amount of death as much as possible. Him acting/looking weak makes the deepstate still
think they have a shot of winning. They will never see the boomarang until it smashes through their door.
