Musicianfag here. That is a part of MKU. There's a reason why the ISO standard was set at 440 A4. Was gone over a couple of months ago.

I tune to 435 A4 when I write. If I had a chromatic tuner that went down to 430 A4 I would use that, instead. There's debate over which standard is the best, but there's an effort to change the ISO standard to the classical French tuning, at the least.
