With respect to Durham…anons need to remember that one of the things that Q did in the early posts was to hammer home the idea that it was the military and military intelligence that was to be used to clean the house. It was stated over and over…even outright telling us that it was the biggest drop ever on pol.

That jurisdiction is activated via fundamental Article II authority which invests executive power in the president and the president alone. POTUS has an obligation to not only to enforce statutory law, but also Constitutional law and the law of nations, the latter two existing OUTSIDE the purview of Congress (i.e. the President still enforces law even before Congress decides to pass a statute). Since DOJ is a creature of Congress, this means that law enforcement capacity is NOT contained solely within its scope.

What to pull from this is that Durham is likely handling the small fish (those who can be prosecuted under U.S. statutory law), but those who have conspired with foreign governments, agents, or intelligence to overthrow the presidency will be prosecuted by the military, and those investigations are likely have already been undertaken as we've been told, and anything new that Durham uncovers is being passed off to that jurisdiction.

This is the reason, I believe, Q repeats the question concerning MI takeover of 3-letter agency investigations.

Expect people like Clinesmith to be prosecuted under DOJ, military tribunals for the higher ups…and, unfortunately, a lot of that is likely going to take place behind the scenes, but not all perhaps.

Q was practically screaming this at us from the get-go.

Maybe not. He's probably gonna keep his mouth shut until after the election expecting a Biden win would mean a pardon. Once Trump wins, the game changes.
