Former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith will plead guilty to making a false statement in the first criminal case arising from U.S. Attorney John Durham's review of the investigation into links between Russia and the 2016 Trump campaign, Clinesmith's attorney told The Associated Press on Friday.

Norman has served a letter to the Ethics Commissioner concerning Trudeau’s obstruction of justice. We are piggybacking on the WE investigation, the Trudeau III report. We have CC’d President Trump and President Ortega.

We now have a legal team going forward. After many meetings, phone calls and vetting we have established our counsel.
We have also made excellent connections with the tribal nations of the North; who are taking their own legal actions to reclaim their rights. We have been told by them that they were inspired by us. We feel this is of great value to our collective causes.
Since the march we have had numerous people reach out to us from across Canada. We are humbled to see the patrons of our nation uniting. Together, we are witnessing a start to an awakening and see that our nation is in great need of coming together to take our country back.
