A little after noon in broad daylight with temps in the 90's, assassin rides in on bike, in full gym suit, masks, hat, sunglasses, and black gloves. Takes 5 shots from hand gun @ 20 feet, first strikes the the head, 4 in the trunk, 3 of those hit the chair Bernell was sitting in. Someone got the whole thing on camera (from cell phone?) which was turned over to Police. Despite cameras everywhere, no one else will say they have footage. Community is silent about murder…
