I'm not sure the details. But it popped up in my work while I was preparing the data for the contexting feature. Check out related posts. Do a search on the text field for RPP in the Research Tool. It still is a bit weak as a tool. I still haven't given it the 1.0 version. But it's somewhat useful already.
