Immigration Consequences

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services denies applications and petitions for individuals they suspect of marriage fraud. This typically occurs at the interview stage, says ImmigrationMarriageFraud.com. Individuals seeking naturalization may have their marriage challenged by immigration officials because of information provided by the sponsoring employer or negative findings during the naturalization interview. Change of status petitions are denied, Green cards revoked and deportation then ensues. Such a finding, also known as a 204(c) finding (after a section of the Immigration and Nationality Act), will almost certainly prevent the individual from obtaining lawful permanent resident status in the U.S. in the future, according to ImmigrationMarriageFraud.com, as all subsequent petition filings on their behalf will be denied. The Department of Homeland Security may terminate a permanent resident status if it finds the underlying marriage to be fraudulent.

Monetary Penalties

Those involved in marriage fraud face hefty fines. The Immigration Marriage Fraud Amendments Act of 1986 provides that those involved in the crime can be fined up to $250,000, according to ImmigrationFraud.com. In addition, the judge may require the accused to pay their own legal fees.

Jail Time

Marriage fraud is punishable by up to five years in federal prison, says ImmigrationMarriageFraud.com. Two Ukrainian nationals received short jail terms in 2008 for marriage fraud, according to The Virginian-Pilot. One woman received a 10-month term for receiving money for a marriage arrangement to a Navy sailor, one month after her tourist visa expired. The other woman received only four months for a similar case. Both were to be deported after their jail time, according to the article. As for an American citizen who I assume Millie is, if it was a paper marriage, she most likely will serve jail time.

If they can see where she wasn’t living with her husband, even for a short period of time and is or now still obtained money from this man, she is in trouble, serious trouble.

heres another excerpt-

She was caught in a bunch of lies and quickly moved out taking many items that were not hers. I made my friend get the police involved! She is now moved on with the next victim, 37 year old Gavin Wince who lives very close to my friend and he lives with his mother (OMG). She has started what is called “The Hollywood Girls Club” and this is to promote her and her sister’s agenda

nice. yea i agree. even if the doc was accurate, it doesnt discount the messenger. and the complete utter fabrication of her being arrested for the doc. there was obviously no one lining up to watch her video , so a PR stunt was the clear choice. and a futile one at that. plus with IW backing , it reeks..
