Kamala is not a Natural Born US citizen. She should never have even been allowed to run for POTUS in the primaries. I don't get how she is allowed to be chosen as VP for Biden. Why hasn't this Natural Born US Citizen to be POTUS been definitively decided by the Supreme Court?
Well, she is a US citizen. It's just that she isn't a Natural Born US citizen which is a stipulation to being a POTUS. Both of her parents would have had to have been US citizens at the time of her birth and they weren't.
And all of those anchor babies is another issue. I hope all of this citizenship stuff gets figured out some day.
I'm not sure. Did her parents ever become US citizens? I guess she is an anchor baby then, if her parents never became citizens. This is messed up.
