Her voice sounds like two other women who seem to be deceiving. Might be the same people. I am sure she can get a toddler to cry or make it seem as if he is crying. Some people do worse.
One woman was a comedian, then she was on A.J. show (show - acting, get it?) Now as Weaver and the same voice sounding different but she is an actor and gets paid for stuff like that. Cop looks like he is acting, too.
