White guy with a long hair and a man bun, wearing all black is at large after an attack in Payson, Utah, 60 miles south of Salt Lake City. Used a sledgehammer to attack a man about the head, who is now in critical condition. A neighbor woman running a preschool yelled at the man to stop. He dropped the sledgehammer and turned on her, another adult and also hit with his fists and otherwise assaulted 7-8 preschoolers. Suspect is still at large. Psycho, Antifa or otherwise remains to be seen.
