Just FYI, one interesting implication of Justice K's decision in the Open Society International case is that it conclusively recognizes that entity as foreign.

Any funds funneled thru that outfit, if it went to domestic terror, becomes a seditious and treasonous act….making war on the USA.

That foundational fact is kind of a big deal.
