We don't have to take it back from the brainwashed as they don't have it. We have to take it back from the people doing the brainwashing and the rest will follow rather naturally.

The other thing to keep in mind is that the same pattern of life and success that even Gen. X enjoyed is no longer open to millennials and Gen Z. If you work many of the same jobs that people of those generations worked, you will, in all probability, not mathematically be able to live the lifestyle they were able to, or anything comparable. Critically, as it pertains to home ownership and the accrual of asset value/worth.

This is by design and the reason the brainwashing is accepted is because there is a set of experiences that reinforce the belief that change is necessary.

For many who went to college as they were encouraged to, who did everything 'right' as they were advised to - they are kicking boxes in the back of a store with debts they can never repay and a culture that insists they are failures and just not working hard enough, don't know what hard work is, etc - as people whose jobs consist of holding endless meetings all day to decide nothing lecture them on the glorious benefits of capitalism and they just don't know what it means to work hard like "I did."

That's the real experience many who are siding with the mechanisms of revolution feel.

In that regard, nothing will stop them from revolting in some form. There is no opportunity for them in the status quo and, for a time, there was only one side offering an avenue for revolution and it argued for socialism - more state authority rather than a destruction of things like the federal reserve and trade deals that allow destructive trade practices which destroy our own ability to have an economy.

They are being brainwashed, but part of the key to brainwashing people is having a real problem to sell them a cure.

I think the answer for the time being will be ignoring the question.

The press generally want to use the answer as a weapon. It deserves to be answered when someone who genuinely wants to learn is asking the question.
