Brennan (B/) used TAC to set up TTIC and then NCTC. B/ then retired from CIA and became Pres & CEO of TAC. At TAC B/ made a deal with Global to spin off TAC in an IPO with NASDAQ symbol GTEC. B/ then left TAC but kept owner equity in his TAC 401k and became Obama Natl Sec Adv for counterterrorism. B/ made sure the upcoming spinoff would not change the content of existing TAC 401k (ie his stock in TAC would convert into GTEC stock in his 401k even if the name of the 401k changed). Months later GTEC tells the SEC they will have a stock split prior to the IPO of 60,000 to 1. And GTEC changed their name to Sotera Defense Solutions, but kept the symbol GTEC. So, TAC 401k = GTEC 401k now equals Sotera 401k. If B/ had 1,000 shares in his TAC 401k Then he now had 60,000,000 shares of GTEC stock in his now Sotera 401k. Following the IPO GTEC was $10.50 per share and B/ ‘s Sotera 401k would be worth $630 million. B/ started working for Obama in 2009 and kept his TAC 401k despite being told to divest because of conflict of interest. When B/ became Dir. CIA he now listed the 401k as a Sotera 401k. Every decision he made from 2009 to 2016 was a direct conflict of interest That benefitted him financially. Did B/ place handpicked analysts in NCTC who could hide key intelligence from the FBI that allowed a few terror attacks to succeed so his stock in Sotera would increase in value? How about Maj. Nidal Hasan, the Christmas underwear bomber, Anders Breivik in Norway, and the Boston Marathon bombers? >>10303173

Boston Marathon- the Russian FSB gives FBI a heads up. FBI reviews intel databases, but doesn’t see key NSA & GCHQ intel in the databases that should have been in there. The FBI interviews Tamerlane Tsarnaev and learns 4 FBI agent impersonators tried to interview him already (what agency is known to impersonate FBI agents in the US? Starts with C.). FBI can’t find derogatory electronic intercepts on Tamerlane so they just put a lookout on him for travel with CBP. Does anyone believe the NSA did not capture Tamerlane’s online airline reservations or his credit card purchase of airline tickets? Which agency would flag Tsarnaev’s travel info without having to report it to anyone? The NCTC - that is their job right? No NSA collected info is passed to FBI or CBP because they don’t have an active case on Tsarneav, nut NCTC would get that info. B/ made it a goal of NCTC that they would have total access to FBI and CIA communications & databases without having to ask those agencies for access on a particular person of interest to NCTC. Tamerlane and his brother blow up American citizens. And less than 30-days later Brennan orders a CIA officer in Moscow to “cold pitch” (ie try to recruit a foreign intel officer who has no intention of betraying his country) a Russian FSB officer who may just happen to be the one who wrote the letter to the FBI in the first place. Was the Dir. CIA trying to protect the value of his stock portfolio by isolating the FSB officer from US investigators? After all Brennan May have had 600 million reasons to do so. >>10303173
