Watched it done with an alleged rape case. Regardless if 'burglary' is a felony in Ohio, the evidence is seriously minimal and it doesn't warrant this since she's not a flight risk. That's the whole reason I feel it was a ruse, either her mom is lying or Millie failed to respond to a subpoena, hence why the cop was relatively 'nice' but wanted her to move her ass.
