I noticed Judge Robert Wilkins was on the three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit for the Flynn case. I believe he also served on the three-judge panel for Clinton's appeal.

Please correct me if I am mistaken, but it seems Judge Robert Wilkins has been pretty open about his position on Clinton.
I assume judges do not “practice law” as an attorney would while on the bench, correct? Is this why disbarment is not an option for a judge? Is this also why these executive and judicial branches are separate? Are there any other mechanisms to trigger a dishonest judge's dismissal?
