Q keeps on saying that the first indictment is going be heard all around the world. So it's gotta be someone known on international level, not local or inside the States only. It's going to be a name known WW like Bill Clinton or Hussein.
Clinesmith kinda bowed his head and "gave up". I don't consider him as the first indictment unsealed. As you said, he is the indicator where all of this is going. And I should add proof for the nay sayers that arrests are going to take place, despite being a bit according to my taste.
