The suggestion was along the lines of being able to verify all the ballots (not slipping in boxes from other locations), even if it does take "days , weeks or months" after the election.
It wasn't a dig toward honest people/mail carriers, etc; it was a suggestion (thought on my part) of a way to prevent the DISHONEST people from doing something nefarious.
You know, a Sea to Shining Sea Military Op to ensure the authenticity of the vote. Patriots would appreciate that.
