Desktop computer. Handheld toys, anon has no idea
You can copy paste just the transcript, or
Ctrl+A, then Ctrl+C (select whole page and copy it.)
Paste it into Word or LibraOffice Writer, for editing, highlighting, adding your notes.
Paste text/html ONLY! Not just simple paste, or you'll have time for a round of golf before the whole YT page paste completes!
