Anons, simple question.

Is there thousands (or more) of people (mostly children?) underground? They were born underground and they've been kept underground their whole lives. They're kept for satanic purposes, like blood-drinking, sexual rituals, sacrifice rituals, etc.

Is this a thing, or is just some something one or two anons talked about, and I'm blowing it up in my head?
