If the election is thrown into chaos and drag out to Jan 20th, doesn't that mean that ALL the elections are in question? Couldn't the Republicans claim that the House and Senate seats are also undetermined, therefore the Speaker of the House and President pro tem of the Senate are also undetermined?
Therefore, by law, the next in line, is Secretary of State, Michael Pompeo.

If they challenge Trump win, it challenges ALL the votes on a mail-in ballet and it will be nationwide, not in select states.
This wouldn't go to the House, as the issue isn't an Electoral tie or non majority because it never gets there, as the voting is not considered complete.
