I did see the note KEISTONE and tried to run it down. I think it is misdirection.

Notably absent is the influence of the Awan Brothers or the Muslim Brotherhood in this entire video.

I think Seth Rich leaked to Wikileaks.

Keystone is in my best guess the Wikileaks insurance files.

Somewhere the keys are out there, eventually anons will find them and unlock the insurance files.
