Hey Q/Q+, a redress of grievances….

When America is finally made great again, can we seriously do away with unnecessary licenses and permits and taxes and Roman Civil Law/Admiralty bullshit and restore the Peoples rightful places as sovereign freemen?

It's utter bullshit that I cannot hunt or fish or make changes to my own home or open a business without requiring the State's fees and permission slips and bureaucratic delays and red tape… nor can I travel to work or the store or school on public use roadways without paying the State's permission slips for the license plate and yearly tag so I don't get harassed by corporate policy enforcers.

What happened to Shuttlesworth v. City of Birmingham, 394 U.S. 147 (1969) wherein SCOTUS ruled that “If the State converts a right (liberty) into a privilege, the citizen can ignore the license and fee and engage in the right (liberty) with impunity.” and Murdock v. Pennsylvania, 319 U.S. 105 (1943), the Supreme Court stated that a law requiring solicitors to purchase a license was an unconstitutional tax on the Jehovah's Witnesses' right to freely exercise their religion. The Court ruled that “The state cannot and does not have the power to license, nor tax, a Right guaranteed to the people,” and “No state shall convert a liberty into a license, and charge a fee therefore.”

When did our civil liberties become taxable jokes?
