Does that sound like anyone you might know? Try just about everyone nowadays. Slow, stunted and unable to see what's right in front of them. I used to have crippling anxiety and pretty substantial emotional issues as well, it pretty much ruined large portions of my youth. The anxiety sort of dissipated after a one particularly high stress job in my early-mid 20s and the emotional issues, while not completely gone, have certainly become much more manageable as I get older. Much of it in all of us is likely the result of chemical attacks, but I don't think the people doing it knew exactly HOW it would effect people on an individual level. Some became whiny baby SJWs, others became Anons, but we were all inoculated.

People may have been analyzed beforehand and given different chemicals or different doses depending on what the desired outcome was. Data collection wasn't as advanced as it is today, but based on who your parents were and things like that. All one giant experiment to figure out how to make the perfect drone.
