Developing thunderstorms with the risk of dry lightning has prompted the National Weather Service to issue a Red Flag Warning for the San Francisco Bay Area and areas of Central California.
The Red Flag Warning in the Bay Area will go into effect at 11 p.m. Saturday through 11 a.m. Sunday.
