The PLAN: Domestic terrorism charges for Coup plotters and Resistance [Conspiracy]?
Anon synopsis-
Upon reviewing the criminal code for KC indictment it not only seems plausible, but quite obvious that a conspiracy existed whereby multiple enterprises coordinated to:
18 USC 1001:
(3) makes or uses any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry;
shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years or, if the offense involves international or domestic terrorism (as defined in section 2331), imprisoned not more than 8 years, or both.
18 USC 2331:
(5) the term “domestic terrorism” means activities that—
(B) appear to be intended—
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
18 USC 1001(a)(3) directly cites/references 18 USC 2331 re. Terrorism, whether international or domestic the same standard applies:
(B) appear to be intended—
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
It appears {false writing or document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry} were extensively and knowingly used by everyone from Politicians, to Media to Special Counsel in a systemic and coordinated fashion
Further to apply terrorism which adds a potential 8 years to the original 5, it seems the intended result would need to be ((i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion;)
So seems logical that all the false statements, dossiers and propaganda supporting such falsehoods were intended to intimidate/coerce the public into not supporting Potus, and also to influency policy of Gov through the same propoganda and a organized Resistance.
These charges seem like a perfect [Start] with the obvious facts supporting, the coordination and conspiracy to effect, a well as the intent to influence/coerce Gov which leads to Terrorism. The resistance group created an 'enterprise' for conspiracy and even low level participants can be subject to 13 years imprisonment, enough to gain cooperation and public evidence abundant enough to scare any defense. From these base charges a death blossom of intrigue ensues, whereby things like Treason are addressed and 'act of war' and 'military force' are defined. To put it simply Q stated 'Mil is the only way', if we need forces to defend against terrorists like IS, AQ, MS13, Cartels, Hez then we are into that theatre of Operation and it is all linked
