Yes, I suppose I misspoke before - its floor is maintained by scarcity.

This is actually how the model translates to PoW concepts (Proof of Work) - something like BTC can only be mined for so long before the value of holding it overrides the value of mining it. This is why I brought up the Halving.

I know it may currently seem scary, but augmentation to the human body is inevitable.

We will only be able to augment our physical environment so much.

There's a point where our improvements to our environment will see diminishing returns because of our inability to fully utilize these technological advances.

For instance, curing cancer is pointless right now.

We have a geriatrification problem.

However, if we can augment the ways that telomeres function, we can fix the requisite issue for curing cancer.

Hell, there are already cancer cures and they are abundant.

We must not be afraid of progression; we must learn to tame it.

Fear cannot prevent our progression.

We must focus on the benefits of change, not focus too much on what can go wrong.

I take it you haven't figured out yet what you really are.

Not really.

The Hebrews fucked with the ark, but /ourguys/ tried to help us make use of it again (sort of like they're doing right now).

Hu-man and his capabilities are a far cry from what they once were (or still areโ€ฆ).
