I think the best method for final punishment for the proven guilty of all crimes against children, Should be thus,

A blast ocular lock around the neck of said GUILTY for 30 days wile the the detonators

are mailed to all the family members of the children,

On day 31 they begin pressing the buttons, all televised.

Or a better plan that will relive some of the pain all these family's have go through.
