They're nothing alike. Jesus is Incarnate Logos. God. The one who was with the Father in the beginning and who said "Let there be light." Who creates everything out of nothing. He is no creature himself. Lucifer is a creature. A cherubim (not an angel, as some depictions have him). Who was cast down, and a shadow of what he once was. He brings no light any longer.
