Have you looked into the architecture? What makes you think it will be comped? Please feel free to sauce your claims. I can show you how it will not be compromised.

Transparency is the key to the ledger.

There you go….

Its important that we review the voter rolls anyway. They are sending ballots to dead people and animals. This is the most important right we have. They need to respect that and make sure every vote is counted and counted accurately.

Voter ID. Voter validation and verification occurs at this point. If you use mail-in you must be registered…with ID. Your ballot will be serialized and correlated together. Vote at the machine. Voter ID. You vote and get a vote number that also correlates with your voter ID. After you vote you can login to the chain and verify your voted was counted accurately.

Look up the docs. You have not looked into the architecture.

Check this link out. It will help understand the process.

Blockchain provides the transparent ledger. Everyone can see the votes and count for themselves. When all registered voters get ID and are validated the get a slot on the chain. Once all voters have been registered and validated a finite chain is created. Anyone should be able to host the ledger. We the people. Just like the currency chains.

You make too many asumptions about human nature. There is zero trust with mail-in, voter machine etc… Our votes have been comped for years. YEARS. We need to have transparency. The only solution that has the best architecture to mange this is blockchain. Its almost like it was built for voting. Personally I don't trust the system having a ledger that everyone can see. If people don't want to validate their vote. Fine… whatever. But I want to make sure my vote is counted and I want to see the results in real time.

Seriously do you understand the architecture? How it actually works?

The hardest part is the voter verification that can be overcome by voter ID. Ballot gets linked to ID…very simple. I have looked into breaking this system its not that easy to break into a chain and manipulate. I have over 25 years experience with breaking into shit. With the encryption we have available today its a solid solution. Well managed chains don't just get broken into. Hence crypto currency.

Please describe the weak links.I genuinely want to know.

This article has a lot of good information on the subject.

Please research the actual blockchain architecture they are anonymous other than your authenticated block. You can see the ledger and how everyone voted but not their identity

Open sourced ledger. Anyone can host the ledger. We the people host the chain. Please look into the doc I posted. Then get back to me…Blockchain is being levered by the USPS to solve this solution. Very important to understand.

>1) You trust the math. Do you actually believe there aren't trapdoor functions in these algorithms? Do you even NSA?

I do actually. Very familiar with the NSA information. The algorithm is hosting a finite chain. If properly built this is a very simple chain. Not that complicated. The math is not that difficult. The encryption available today can overcome this challenge.

>2) You assume the data you'll have access to is the actual blockchain and not a version tailored to you.

Open ledger solves the transparency claim you are making. Anyone can host the ledger. Anyone can see the ledger in real time. Its a ledger to simply count votes.

>3) The algorithms you're relying on assume there aren't other ways in the system from fooling enough of the population to get away with fraud. There are TONS of these. Another anon pointed out non-existent ballots.

It has to have a 3 fold verification / authentication process: ID# + ballot# + passphrase = access to your vote on the ledger.

>Without systems in place that minimize ALL of the attack vectors, you're putting way too much hope that you're right about math. This is exactly the kind of naive reliance con-men (the elite) rely on in order to convince you that you've solved a problem when you actually haven't

Completely in accurate statements. You think it won't be secured? Attack vectors?….Kek Of course it will have systems in place to secure the chain. Its our vote it would have to have a secured infrastructure to mitigate attacks.

>Look at how Switzerland votes. They all stand in a public square and hold weapons above their heads so everyone can see how many people voted. They validate the votes with their own eyes in real time. No technology, no bullshit.

The reason they use weapons is to remind everyone that if there's any funny business, blood can be shed.

>Look at how Switzerland votes.

Seriously? Common.

>And it's state officials who we don't trust.

All they need to do is hand us our Voter ID# + ballot# + (we supply personal passphrase) = ledger access for vote validation. Other than that our mail-in or at the machine tally's our vote. Nothing changes in the actual voter process. Vote at a machine. Mail in is requested just like absentee ballot. (No mass mailing of ballots.) The state is only supplying us with our voter ID#, a ballot# and we validate they didn't fuck it up. Completed transparency. This is not as complicated as you are thinking. The entire concept is keeping "them" honest. We all see the results.
