panic attacks are petrifying especially when coupled with stress, first God Bless you and its not easy. Its damn near difficult and especially if you are not used to them and the feelings they have. Best thing to do is see if you can find a therapist you can talk with, second solution is weed, third is just breathing and getting through that moment, it is all it is a moment. Not easy but it can be done.
