Guys I have health anxiety like fuck and I have no idea what to do. Has anyone dealt with this shit before I'm unable to function at work and all the churches are closed and I'm not sure who to talk to. I'm borderline mentally insane at this point and I'm really scared I'm going to get worse.
Scared I have a health issue but all the doctors are telling me I'm fine. Panic attacks, passing out and wanting to throw up. I can't sleep because I can feel the blood moving in my legs.
Thanks anons, I'm going to try these things and see what helps including a therapist. I feel like a stupid cunt posting on a Q forum but I have nobody else at the moment. We have to pray for a Trump 2020 or we are all really going to inherit some shit. It's a crazy time but we don't have another chance at this.
