Q's posts are full of double meanings. 11.3 can mean the initials KC, or it can mean the date 11/3. I believe this is done intentionally to keep the black hats off balance. All along I have thought it was a date, November 3rd, and was disappointed that there would be no indictments unsealed or arrests until then. Now it's clear that this particular 11.3 was meant to signal the guilty plea of Kevin Clinesmith. It''s not safe to assume however that 11.6 means KF, though it might.
