The two aren't mutually exclusive. She was arrested very shortly after the documentary was posted. She's a conservative blue check mark doing investigative journalism. Is it not surprising that anything they can get on someone would be used? Or that maybe it wasn't worth moving forward with charges on someone who pulled a $50 phone from a crazy boomer's hand? I've done that to my sister before to delete an ugly picture she snapped of me.
