Call a Convention of the States for Term Limits or some such Amendment. Declare on the second day that it is apparent that the current Federal Government no longer functions as intended. Reconvene delegates for Constitutional Convention. Go back to the good parts from the original of 1787, add term limits for ALL elected offices, including SCOTUS. Make Congress a unicameral institution with three Senators from each State/Commonwealth and one Senator from each Territory. End the House of Representatives. No gerrymandering Districts if Districts do not exist.
As President Trump to remain as POTUS while new government is set up. (Reclaim his Time) All Justices on SCOTUS more than twelve years are out. All Senators in Congress more than twelve years are out. Once out of office, no elected official receives further compensation from the taxpayer (the salary for life shit ends)
The Code of Federal Regulations needs one massive overhaul anyway. Several federal agencies can be dissolved at that time as well.
