Just went through Effexor withdrawl last year. Most horrific thing imaginable. I am not exaggerating and I'm tearing up just thinking about it.
I never did get off Effexor 100%, but I'm slowly taping over a couple of years.
Yeah. Hindsight.
Lately, I've been doing everything and anything to try to feel like a normal human. Diet / supplements etc etc etc. Every time I think I've got it licked, I get a massive setback. At the moment I'm 5 days into an elimination diet.
