That potential has definitely been discussed through the years and given the complicity of Biden specifically in the illegal spying it remains possible, albeit very unlikely. I think it is far more likely that what we are seeing is what happens when the DNC has lost all its primary means of funding, all its primary means of creating needed operations to push its agenda and has lost all its primary means to intelligent analyze opposition and how to properly set itself apart.
What we see now is a group of inexperienced people who have always depended on others to do all their work for them scrambling to attempt to be a viable choice but failing miserably because they truly have no clue, not one clue, what the average American thinks and what they like. That dance thing last night for example. That is what happens when your decision makers can think of nothing but, study nothing but, and associate with nothing but radical LGBT types. They begin to truly believe that is something the greater public masses will appreciate because they have absolutely no clue what people truly think/what they like and live in a bubble that ONLY tells them those things are the greatest thing since sliced bread with no statements against it because that might "offend" someone.
Trump removed their biggest Hollywood connections thus taking away their means to properly create videos that people may have interest in, he removed their A-team covert hitters/flag creators thus forcing them to rely on ANTIFA and BLM and (among other examples of course) he began stealing their agenda claims, taking them for his own, and actually DOING them instead of talking about them which limited their ability to set themselves apart and seem to be "compassionate".
This is why all you see from them now is either destructive in nature or completely clueless in nature as they have nobody they can turn to for assistance at this point and their only shield remains the media which Trump also destroyed by convincing the masses into their corruption. So the DNC is completely lost as it stands, just a complete shitshow of the most epic proportions maybe in the history of our species as I can't think of another example where a major political group was this outside the understanding of their own citizens while dealing with a civil war within their own party between four different groups.
If memory serves Podesta remains in NZ at this point and has been there for about a year now. I may be wrong on that but I do recall reading some article about him moving there full time.
I looked for/found that video posted about from that Carlos in Shasta County, CA and found there were a whole lot of similar videos from that site over the past two days where Shasta citizens were coming down seriously hard on the council and are in fury mode.
I think Bernard not only has a right to make such a request but it should have been made long ago. Also an audit from Haiti on Shaun King given what was said about him and the Haiti event from numerous Haitian citizens. King has always gotten a free pass for his scam on Haiti because few knew about or cared about what was going on down there. I would bet that if we truly spent time digging into the Haiti event aftermath we would find a lot more people associated to scams down there.
