yep, he is brilliant, using white gloves to do jobs by leaving certain topics or actions not done so as to distance his involvement & as certain things happen organically like the riots or Assaunge locked up, by Donald stepping back on multiple issues he uses no hand with his inaction as lack of action is action in & of it's self to let those many things go on without his intervention,
