Despite the Presidents order against evictions a judge went ahead and allowed them to evict me today

She (dual citizen goblin judge) basically tried to cut me off AG Barr style the whole time (didnt work lol) and said that she was a part of a different branch of government so the executive order did not apply to her.

Our governor / housing department has failed to give out much of the eviction prevention money and placed many of us in an infinite hold under counseler review for months (knowing full well we would likely face eviction before they were ever released)

Not all hope is lost as some constable is coming by my unit in a week or so and I can supply him with proof of loss of income- though as a gig economy contracted worker with no boss this is kind of tricky to do.

FWIW the (((judges))) voice sounded rather shaky on the phone. I sensed she was a bit nervous about what she was doing.

She also refused to fully explain what exactly the constable needed from me and kept saying to just check the website. She was very heartless and unprofessional and never once addressed any of the points I made.

I have a very white guy kind of name so she was no doubt motivated to give me a hard time.

I will be fighting this with everything that I have, but I just wanted to share with you all how this went.

To avoid doxxing I probably wont mention which state this was in.

If you are facing eviction and were releived to hear Trumps executive order against eviction, just be prepared. Activist dual citizen judges seem to be trying to evict us any ways.

She refused to explain why the executive order did not apply to her. Go figure.

Wish me luck guys!
