Someone posted about a law passed after Bush v Gore that required the POTUS to make sure the elections are secure or words like that.

I think all the mail in and harvested ballots will be tossed, only states with mail in long established will count, other places only requested absentee will be counted. Everyone else has to show up on the 3rd and dip their finger in the ink.
