How many people will hang around there that day? Single shot weapons can be amazingly effective psychologically when used in this way.
If the town's police are all at the clinic to secure it,
Throw a Molotov cocktail into the police station.
The BOOM and the plume of smoke will change things drastically.
Remember that in 1968, people stopped the Soviet military tanks with Molotov cocktails.
Just discussing all these things openly will be enough to get many people to wake up
And pull back from the precipice.
