Is the claim that Syrian Missile defense shot down 20 out of 100 US missiles realistic or bullshit?

Reporting has been very careful to say that the missile defense was Syrian, not Russian.

I'm feeling better, but not great, about this because CNN seems unhappy. Israel's statement was a nonplus. McCain unsatisfied. The Russians apparently didn't retaliate at all.

If peace returns to Syria, do all of the global refugees go home?
