Lumber prices have hit record prices this year. The price per 1000 linear feet of lumber has more than doubled since March/April lows. Why?
Sabotage. At least 25 lumber mills have been burned since August 2019. Most deemed suspicious or arson. Fires have occured in clusters; East Coast/West Coast, and many occured in Jan 2020.
Think coronavirus and impeachment timing. Infiltration, not invasion. Mill owners don't care, they get insurance money. PAIN for we the people though.
